I am from Madrid, love the city and want to share my special addresses. Every day a new idea, place or thing to do in Madrid. Everything has been thoroughly tested but it is only a personal opinion.

Conde de Aranda street is becoming one of the most desirable streets in the city, next to the Retiro has very recommended places to eat as Cristina OriaMagasand, very exclusive shops such as Mercules and Mimoki and now a florist has arrived that will surely sweep away.

Beautiful Mariluz (pic from Borjatauzen)

Mariluz Peñalver founded Brumalis several years ago together with her partner Loreto Aycuens on Covarrubias Street. After many successes, they approach new projects alone and Mariluz moves to Conde de Aranda 10 to undertake a new floral project. The space with a lot of personality like herself, invites to buy flowers of all colors and varieties.

The treatment is exquisite, not in vain, Mariluz is a good friend of ours. In addition they assure the shipment of flowers inside Madrid in the same day and they receive orders by telephone.  It is also possible to contact them for events, weddings and other meetings. They receive fresh flowers every day.

My little DIY Madrid Wedding!

We’ve been absent from blogging in the last few weeks and the reason, as you might have known, was that the younger of the two “My Little Madrid” sisters got married! It’s been quite a busy time but of course we are back on track and hoping to give some tips for those of you who are planning on getting married in Madrid!

Brumalis, put Flowers in your Life!

Today, it’s all about flowers! Lately, we have noticed a trend coming back to the flower world. I am not so sure whether Spanish people have been quite as into offering flowers compared to our European colleagues like the French and Dutch, but in any case it’s nice to see that nowadays young people are opening lovely flower shops. That’s why today our post is about Brumalis!
