I am from Madrid, love the city and want to share my special addresses. Every day a new idea, place or thing to do in Madrid. Everything has been thoroughly tested but it is only a personal opinion.

ANOTHER WAY FESTIVAL

Another Way film Festival, Madrid's sustainable progress film festival, will be held in Matadero next October to raise public awareness of the challenges and environmental solutions we face through more sustainable filmmaking.

As an aperitif prior to the festival, in Sala Equiis which is now one of the coolest places in the city, there will be a screening of three wonderful documentaries from today until Friday at 7pm.

The films are as follows:
- Today: Koyaanisqatsi (1982) Godfrey Reggio produced by Francis Ford Coppola. Voiceless images that show the contrast of modern life with nature.
- Thursday: Human (2015) by Yann Arthus-Bertrand. Portrait of the human being, of his fears, love, violence.
- Friday: Life in a Day (2011) by Kevin Macdonald, produced by Ridley Scott.
Time capsule to show future generations what it means to be alive on July 24, 2010.

A general view from participants to the yoga masterclass
Last Sunday, a great event happened in Madrid. I am talking about the massive Free Yoga Masterclass by Oysho, where more than 3.000 people attended. I was one of the lucky ones to participate and I congratulate the organizers and promotors of this great event.

My little DIY Madrid Wedding!

We’ve been absent from blogging in the last few weeks and the reason, as you might have known, was that the younger of the two “My Little Madrid” sisters got married! It’s been quite a busy time but of course we are back on track and hoping to give some tips for those of you who are planning on getting married in Madrid!

Theater Dangerous Liaisons - Naves del Matadero

We love going to the theater, especially when you have the certainty that the play is a good one. Las Amistades Peligrosas is a well known 18th century french novel and also an american film. Therefore, I couldn’t resist seeing how it would be played by Spanish actors in the modern Naves del Matadero. My surprise was to find a very daring production with great actors, great costumes but very modern punk soundtrack!
