As far as my experience is concerned, I would definitely advise them to get:
Pregnancy Yoga lessons: it will not only help the body stay in shape during pregnancy but also prepare the body for labour, with some good exercices to practice for when the time comes.
It is also a great way to breath and relax in order to help keep a mental balance. From week 14 onwards, the practice of Pregnancy yoga is recommended, no matter whether you have done yoga before or not.

Pregnancy Massages at Ciabal: I experienced the special pregnancy massage for 60 minutes that Ciabal offers in its wide menú for well being and I thought it was a wonderful experience. It helped me a lot when I felt swollen with a terrible backache, which is quite normal during pregnancy. The massages made me feel relieved and energised!
