Chuka Ramen Bar - Asian Street Food Indoors

I had tried to go to Chuka several times, but always found obstacles. It was usually closed (they close on sundays & mondays) and were usually fully booked. Until, last Saturday when I finally made it.
I really loved the place, it has a special charm. I think it might be because it is one of the few ramen soup bars in town, or maybe because when entering, you pass by a corridor with a window glass where a tall english man is making the chuka, cooking with his assistants, or perhaps  because of its noisy ambience with loud music and close tables one another. Also, the floor that reminds of old school days.
It is named Chuka after the concept of chinese food versioned by Japanese chefs. A big new trend in Madrid, its food is a japanese version of chinese food. Despite being in a restaurant, you will feel the Street Food vibe, In fact, they have a food truck in Madreat
I couldn’t have enjoyed best the food we ordered. The pork bao bun, the curry ramen, the dok boki and the gyozas. As a dessert, the mochi dougnut was also outstanding! My choice for beverage was a Moscow Mule, Great cocktail! and the Price was far reasonable.

I definitely recommend it!
